Official Rules (the “Rules”)
SPONSOR. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game is WOW! mobile boutique, the operating name (under license) of Match Transact, Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor performs the collection, submission, or processing of entries for the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game, as well as the overall administration of the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game. The Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game and the selection of potential winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game. To participate in the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game, Entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://wowmobile.ca/en/privacy-policy. This Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game are open to legal residents of Canada, who are the age of majority or older in their residing province at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Entrants to the Instant Win Game must own or have access to a mobile phone prior to the Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game are not open to employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor or its parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, shareholders, members, officers, directors, representatives, agents, distributors, sponsors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, Prize suppliers and any other individual(s) or entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (collectively, the “Sweepstakes and Instant Win Parties”), or members of the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons domiciled with (whether related or not) any of the above.
SWEEPSTAKES & INSTANT WIN GAME PERIOD(S). The Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game will begin on March 3, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and will end at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2025* (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted outside of the Promotion Period. *For the Instant Win Game, if all Game Prizes are awarded prior to the end of the Promotion Period, then the Instant Win Game will immediately end upon the award of the last Game Prize.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Point of Purchase at WOW! mobile boutique method of entry (“POP Entry”): To receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes, you must, during the Promotion Period at a Wow! mobile boutique location: (i) purchase a mobile device on a two-year financing plan, and (ii) activate that mobile device on a two-year CONSUMER, SMB or CPP service plan term through any of Wow! mobile boutique’s postpaid carrier partners (Rogers, Fido, TELUS, or Koodo); and (iii) not cancel your financing and/or service plan for at least ninety (90) days after activation. If you finance and activate a SAMSUNG device meeting the criteria above, you will automatically receive two (2) Entries into the Sweepstakes. POP Entries will be automatically made by WOW! mobile boutique provided the above criteria are met; no additional entry forms are required for entry.
No purchase necessary method of entry (“No Purchase Entry”). To receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes, you must on a white piece of paper, handwrite and provide your full name, email address, physical address, and telephone number (“Contact Information”). All requested Contact Information is required. You must then mail your Contact Information on a single piece of paper, in a self-addressed envelope to the address below:

Each piece of paper with Contact Information must be enclosed in a separate envelope bearing sufficient postage, post-marked during the Promotion Period, and received during the Promotion Period, in order to qualify.
There is a limit of two (2) Entries per person per customer telephone number (“CTN”) account holder during the Promotion Person; the two Entries can be either: (a) two (2) No Purchase Entries per person per CTN account holder, or (b) one (1) No Purchase Entry and one (1) POP Entry per CTN account holder. If the Sponsor discovers (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) submit more than the permitted number of Entries; and/or (ii) use (or attempt to use) multiple names, identities, or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt the Sweepstakes, then he/she may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
All Entries must be submitted and received within the Promotion Period. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME.
6. PRIZES.
SWEEPSTAKES: There are three (3) grand prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”) available to be won, consisting of the following:
The Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is seven thousand five hundred Canadian dollars (CAD$7500); only one Grand Prize per person will be awarded.
INSTANT WIN GAME: There are forty-two (42) Instant Win Game Prizes (“Game Prizes”) available to be won, consisting of the following:
Only one Game Prize per game per device will be awarded. Gift cards may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by issuer. All Mastercard Gift Cards and WOW! mobile boutique In-Store Credit vouchers are CAD. If all Game Prizes are awarded prior to the end of the Promotion Period, then the Instant Win Game will immediately end upon the award of the last Game Prize.
The Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game and the Sponsor are not affiliated with Mastercard. Mastercard is not a sponsor of this promotion.
The ARV of each Game Prize is listed above. The total ARV of all Game Prizes is two thousand five hundred Canadian dollars (CAD$2,500); only one Game Prize per game per device will be awarded.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to alter, substitute or modify the Grand Prize and Game Prizes (or any component thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value without prior notice for any reason. The Grand Prize and Game Prizes may not be exactly as shown in Sweepstakes promotional materials. The Grand Prize and Game Prizes include only the elements described above. All federal, provincial and municipal tax liabilities, and any and all expenses not expressly provided herein, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize and Game Prize winners. The Grand Prize and Game Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged or surrendered for cash except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Grand Prize and Game Prizes are non-descendible.
7. SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS.
Three (3) random drawings will be conducted on or about July 8, 2025 by the Sponsor in Toronto, Ontario from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period, to select three (3) eligible Grand Prize winners (the “Draw”). The potential Grand Prize winners will be announced on or around July 10, 2025 in Toronto, Ontario. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reschedule the Draw. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter any Draw for any reason or for an unclaimed or unawarded Grand Prize.
The potential Grand Prize winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, and sign and return Sponsor’s Winner’s Declaration, Release and Indemnity (“Release”) prior to being confirmed a Grand Prize winner and awarded a Grand Prize.
8. SWEEPSTAKES NOTIFICATIONS AND HOW TO CLAIM A GRAND PRIZE. The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified either by email at the email address, or by telephone at the telephone number, that was used in the Entry. This notification (the “Notification”) will occur within one (1) business day after the Draw is completed, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to check their email and/or telephone voicemail messages to ensure prompt reply to any Notification. THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNERS WILL HAVE FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE NOTIFICATION TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
If a potential Grand Prize winner does not respond to the Notification within the timeframe set out above, is found to be ineligible for any reason, or declines to accept the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select one (1) alternate potential Grand Prize winner subject to the same terms set out above. If a Grand Prize winner cannot be verified, the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
9. INSTANT WIN GAME WINNER SELECTION AND CLAIM OF GAME PRIZE. Potential winners of a Game Prize will be instantly notified in the Wow! app upon completion of the Instant Win Game. Provided that eligibility requirements have been met, potential winners may claim or redeem their prize at a Wow! mobile boutique location by presenting the QR/serialized code from the Wow! app to a sales associate. WOW! mobile boutique In-Store Credit vouchers are only redeemable in-person at WOW! mobile boutique locations and must be used prior to the expiration date of June 30, 2025. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the total number of participants.
10. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game, Entrant accepts and agrees to these Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and legally binding on Entrant in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game. Subject to the Release, Grand Prize & Game Prizes winners must agree to permit the use of his/her name, image, likeness, persona, and city/province/territory of residence for publicity purposes and grants to the Sponsor any and all rights to said use without further notice or compensation. The Sponsor, its affiliates and/or their clients do not warrant that access to, or use of the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Any attempt by an Entrant or other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Any Entrant engaging in any of these activities may forfeit any Grand Prize or Game Prizes won.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Parties:
(i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever to Entrant or any third party with respect to the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game and/or the awarding, use or misuse of any Grand Prize or Game Prizes,
(ii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Grand Prize or Game Prizes,
(iii) disclaim all warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind, including but not limited to any implied warranty,
(iv) are not liable to Entrant or any third party for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any Grand Prize or Game Prizes or otherwise from such Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game, and
(v) are not responsible for typographical, technical, or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Rules, the selection and announcement of winner, or the distribution of any Grand Prize or Game Prizes.
INDEMNIFICATION. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its clients, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities and costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which may arise out of the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game or any Grand Prize or Game Prizes awarded or not awarded.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND. The Sponsor may at any time, at its sole discretion and without liability, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game in whole or in part, subject only to approvals required by law (e.g., the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux). Further, the Sponsor may at any time, at its sole discretion and without liability, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game if fraud, technical failures or communications or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupts the administration, integrity or security of the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game or if any other factor interferes with the administration of the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game as contemplated by these Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors in these Rules, Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game materials and administrative systems, including without limitation, any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision these Rules. If any provision of the Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it shall be, to the extent invalid or unenforceable, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver on the part of the Sponsor to enforce of any term herein shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term.
The Sponsor, its affiliates, their respective employes and representatives, and clients are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or damaged Entries, or for Entries submitted in a manner not expressly allowed under these Rules, or for any Entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, the effects of hackers, the failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections or any other reason beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, all of which will be disqualified.
GOVERNING LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and the Sponsor, its affiliates and clients in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to conflicts of law principles. All Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario.
CONFLICTS/DISCREPANCIES. The Sweepstakes and the Instant Win Game are subject to all applicable, federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of a conflict between any Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game details contained in the Rules and any Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game details contained in advertising materials (including, but not limited to, online, point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media and French Rules), the details of the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game as set forth in these English Rules shall prevail.
INVALIDITY. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
PERSONAL INFORMATION. The Sponsor collects and uses Entrants’ personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game and awarding the Grand Prize and Game Prizes. The winner’s name may be listed in the Sponsor’s materials and in connection with any publicity relating to the Sweepstakes and/or Instant Win Game.
